1. Introduction
DA PLUG is an online marketplace connecting customers with verified service providers (“Plugs”).
These Registration Terms govern the creation and use of accounts on DA PLUG. By registering, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
- Plugs offering services must provide valid identification, verification documents, and any required licenses or certifications.
- By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
3. Account Creation
- Registration requires providing:
- Full name
- Email address
- Mobile number
- Password
- Plugs may be required to submit:
- Identification documents
- Proof of business or professional qualifications
- Banking information for payments
- Accounts may be denied, suspended, or terminated if information is fraudulent or incomplete.
4. Account Security
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must notify DA PLUG immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches.
- DA PLUG is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your negligence.
5. Verification
- DA PLUG reserves the right to verify any information provided during registration.
- Plugs must complete verification before receiving bookings.
- Failure to verify may result in restricted access or permanent account suspension.
6. Account Use
- Users must use the account only for legal and legitimate purposes.
- Plugs must provide services as described and comply with DA PLUG’s Code of Conduct.
- Customers and Plugs must not misuse the platform, including attempting off-platform transactions or bypassing DA PLUG payment processes.
7. Termination of Accounts
- DA PLUG may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for:
- Violations of the Code of Conduct
- Fraudulent activity
- Misrepresentation of identity or services
- Breach of any platform policies or laws
- Upon termination, access to the platform and payments may be withheld pending resolution of disputes.
8. Privacy and Data
- Personal information collected during registration is protected under the DA PLUG Privacy & Data Protection Policy.
- Users consent to the collection, storage, and use of data in accordance with POPIA and platform requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
- DA PLUG is not liable for damages arising from registration errors, unauthorized account access, or actions of third parties.
- Refunds or compensation for account issues are limited to amounts paid through the platform where applicable.
10. Updates to Registration Terms
- DA PLUG may update these Registration Terms at any time.
- Continued use of your account constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
