1. Introduction
DA PLUG is a secure online marketplace connecting customers with verified service providers (“Plugs”).
All users must comply with this Code of Conduct to ensure safety, fairness, and trust. Violations may result in account suspension, permanent removal, and/or legal action.
2. General Rules for All Users
- Treat all users with respect, professionalism, and courtesy.
- Do not harass, bully, or intimidate others.
- Provide accurate and truthful information in profiles, listings, and communications.
- Do not impersonate DA PLUG staff, other users, or Plugs.
- Do not attempt to manipulate ratings, reviews, or the platform’s systems.
3. Rules for Customers
- Only request services or rentals that are legal, safe, and within the platform guidelines.
- Ensure accurate service location, time, and requirements when booking.
- Report disputes, fraud, or service issues promptly through DA PLUG.
- Do not solicit Plugs to bypass the platform for payments or services.
4. Rules for Plugs (Service Providers)
- Plugs are independent contractors; you must provide services as described in your profile.
- Ensure professional, safe, and lawful service delivery.
- Verify customer information before providing services.
- Do not disclose, sell, or misuse customer information.
- Follow the 7-day payment holding and protection rules strictly.
- Maintain all necessary licenses, certifications, and insurance where required.
- Do not accept off-platform payments or bookings to circumvent DA PLUG.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Any illegal activity (fraud, theft, harassment, etc.)
- Misrepresentation of services or qualifications
- Sharing offensive, inappropriate, or discriminatory content
- Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the platform
- Exploiting disputes, chargebacks, or payment system vulnerabilities
6. Enforcement
- DA PLUG monitors activity and may investigate any violations.
- Violators may face:
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account removal
- Withholding of funds
- Legal action if warranted
- DA PLUG reserves the right to update this Code at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised rules.
